My names Jeremy and I'm 26yo, just started a bachelors degree at WSU, looking for someone whos chill to find a place to rent together preferably near Sydney Olympic Park as its close to my friends plus every 3 months I go to an EDM music event there which makes the location handy for me to get home to after a night out.

Hobbies wise I'm fairly average just into things like gaming, going out to eat with mates (love me some pho or mlt), cooking/meal prepping, gymming or whatever is my recent adhd fascinations LOL.

Whether I'm gaming, working on my car, kicking back with mates on Discord or IRL, brain rotting in my room or cooking I'm always down for a casual convo!!

Ideally Im looking for a flatmate who cares about cleanliness and able to help me maintain the common areas to keep it clean and tidy (idc bout your own room, you can be a mess but just not the kitchen pls cause I wanna cook there and I hate attracting roaches hahaha) but also laidback and easy going like myself and then plus bonus points if youre also willing to be my food guinea pig sometimes (recently been into American smoked bbq so been making alotta pulled beef/lamb and briskets)
