Hi everyone, I’m Kerridge, a Master’s student in Electrical Engineering at the University of Adelaide. I’m currently looking for a room to rent in a shared house.
About me:
Reliable Tenant: I’m looking for a long-term stay (1 year+) and I’m very punctual with rent and bills.
Lifestyle: I lead a quiet and disciplined life. Usually, I’m out for uni by 8-9 AM and back/asleep by 11-12 PM.
Cleanliness: I’m a very tidy person and value a clean living environment, especially in the kitchen and common areas.
House Rules: Non-smoker, non-drinker, and no overnight guests. I’m very respectful of others' privacy.
Pets: I don't have pets, but I’m a huge pet lover! So if you have a furry friend, I'd consider that a bonus.
Hobbies: When I’m not studying, I enjoy gaming, hiking, and heading to the beach.
