I have a beautiful 3 year old German Shepherd who is house trained, very friendly & playful. Non barker unless sense of threat (trained)

I work as a Legal Officer Assistant and am currently actively seeking work again after some family circumstances. I have a positive rental history and always pay rent on time.

My priority is creating a stable, safe environment for my son, and we would be very grateful for a comfortable and respectful home environment.
My partner does not return home until April, so rent will be parted 3 ways on his returning.
