Im in my 40s and like to live a simple and tidy life. Im clean, respectful, reliable and like to help people and spread positive energy where I can. Im happy to share chores and It's important to me to live with people who are house trained and can tidy up after themselves.
I work in the fitness industry and am also studying IT. Im sociable and easy to get on with and got some good banter but I love to have my own peaceful space to escape to.
I love eating healthy and trying new foods and Im quite active but not the extreme obsessive type. I enjoy getting out in nature and exploring.
Im moving to Sunshine Coast from NZ to live closer to my daughter and set up a better life in a warmer climate.
Ive also been a tradie for 30yrs so am pretty handy around the home. I really like animals and am happy to live in a house with a dog.
Im looking for a room big enough for a double bed and space for a workstation, i.e a computer with multiple monitors. An ensuite would be great but not essential.
I have a solid reference available from my last landlord of 5 yr tenancy.
