Hi, I’m Riley 👋

I’m an insurance professional working in a hybrid role (usually WFH Mondays and Fridays, though it varies with meetings). I’m currently looking to either team up with someone to find a place or join an existing home.

I’ve been the leaseholder of my current rental for the past five years, so I’m very used to keeping a home running smoothly and living respectfully with others. Previous housemates have turned into great friends, which I think says a lot about the kind of home environment I like to create.

I’m clean, reliable, and pretty house proud. I love coming home to a tidy, relaxed space after work. Socially I’m easygoing, enjoy cooking, music, and a wine on a Friday, but also respect everyone having their own space.

I do have some furniture and household items that could help set up a place (if needed), but I’m also happy to store things if the home is already furnished.
