Hello, I am a university student in Perth, looking for a single room to rent, planning to move after 1 month, at least before 1/7/2026, need fully furnished, can share the toilet and bathroom with roommates, don't have too many high requirements, just want quiet place to live! the weekly rental is no more than $300, feel happy to clean the public areas if needed, no personal pets but happy to live with any pets if in your house! I am an open minded person so I feel happy to live with people who come from any cultural background! I am very independent so no hassle will do. Don't have big budget but once I build a contract with you, the regular weekly rental payment is guaranteed.

Need long-term staying, at minimum 1 year or more.
Rental adjustment is stable, can't tolerate crazy price raising.

If locate near the suburb Nedlands is highly desirable! Or can Walk to the nearest transport station within minutes. You know time efficiency is important.

If you have orientation to offer me, please contact me, and I need to meet you in-person, understanding each other to build trust is essential.
