About us

I’m a 42-year-old mum hoping to return to the Sunshine Coast with my two daughters — my independent 20-year-old daughter and my 12-year-old daughter, Savannah. We’re looking for a long-term home where we can settle in, feel comfortable and put down some roots.

We’re a friendly, respectful and easygoing family. We’re a close family and also respect each other’s space, and we enjoy a calm, relaxed lifestyle at home. My older daughter is independent and studying, and Savannah is a friendly, kind kid.

We’re open to a range of options, including a granny flat, private home, separate dwelling or another suitable long-term arrangement. I love the outdoors, have completed a Permaculture Design Certificate and have gardening experience, and would be very interested in a work-for-rent arrangement or contributing to a property through gardening, maintenance or other practical support, where appropriate.

I work as a counsellor and in disability support. I’m self-employed, responsible and financially secure. I take pride in keeping a home clean, organised and well cared for, and we would treat any property we live in with the same care and respect as our own.

Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, hiking, paddleboarding, gardening, cooking and spending time outdoors. We’re not a party household and really value having a peaceful, comfortable home.

We’re hoping to find somewhere we can stay long term and become part of the local community. We’re happy to provide references and any other information that would help you feel comfortable with us as tenants.
