Hi, I am Naman - a Business Analyst currently working full-time in Sydney.

I work from the office during the week, so I keep a fairly structured routine. I am clean, organised, and respectful of shared spaces, and I like keeping things tidy as part of my day-to-day.

Personality-wise, I would say I am pretty balanced - always up for a chat, the occasional dinner or hanging out, but I also value personal space and downtime. Easy to get along with whether you are social or prefer doing your own thing.

Outside of work, I am usually at the gym or catching up with friends. I enjoy staying active, exploring new places, and maintaining a good work-life balance.

I am looking for a place around Sydney with a budget of $400–$500/week, ideally with like-minded, respectful flatmates who keep things clean and easygoing.

Looking to move in around mid-April and open to a longer-term stay if it feels like a good fit.
