I am a student at UTS. Also my major is Interior Architecture. Prior to this, I completed my High School studies at St Augustine's College - Sydney. I was very impressed by the neighbourhood shown in the listing and I look forward to potentially enjoying a pleasant stay there.
Regarding financial support, my parents both hold stable positions—my father is a Business Man and my Mom working in the government . They will be providing me with more than $6000 Australian dollars per month to cover my living expenses. And the tuition they will pay straight to School. As my bachelors program will last for two years, I am particularly interested in signing a long-term lease to ensure a stable and comfortable living environment throughout my studies.
I would like to assure you that I do not plan to keep any pets and will maintain the apartment to a high standard of cleanliness. My previous experience living abroad has taught me the importance of respecting the property and maintaining good relationships with landlords and neighbours.
I was especially drawn to this apartment because of its convenient location, practical layout, and ample natural light. The shorter commute will allow me to dedicate more time to my studies, while the pleasant living space will provide a comfortable environment to unwind.
