Hi. Im a single mum of 2 boys with adhd. I have left domestic violence recently and is now couch surfing to no avail of finding our own place.
I have applied for over 100 properties in the last 2 months and because I dont meet the 30 % income to rent ratio I keep being declined. Even tho I have amazing rental history.
We are currently in dire need for somewhere to stay, does anyone know anyone with a private rental around goodna, or redbank plains, camira areas.
