I always pay bills on time, prefer transferring rent+bills to another in the household when I get paid.
I try to clean as I go in common areas.
I value clear and open communication with other housemates.
I have a cat who doesn't socialise with others in general and will mostly just hide when company or strangers are around.
Previously lived in several share houses for most of my adult life.
