Hi locals! My name is Ann, I’m a 29-year-old from Taiwan currently on a working holiday in the Sunshine Coast. I’m looking for a room in a sharehouse in Coolum Beach surrounding areas for 3-6 months stay or Sunrise area for short-term stay, ideally to move in soon.

A little about me:

🌊 I work in hospitality with a stable income and a steady routine. I’m reliable, respectful and easy to live with.

🏄‍♀️ In my free time I surf, so being close to the beach is a big plus. I live a quiet, healthy lifestyle — I don’t smoke, rarely drink and I’m not a party person.

🐶 I’m a big animal lover, so I’d be more than happy to live with pets — dogs especially! If anyone needs a pet/house sitter in exchange for accommodation, I’d be very open to that too.

🧹I’m easy-going and mindful of shared living — I keep my own space sorted and always clean up after myself in common areas.

🏡 I’m just after a chilled, friendly place where I can settle in and feel at home.

My budget is up to $320 per week, all bills included if possible, and WiFi is a must.
