Hi. I’m looking for a pet-friendly room to rent in Gold Coast - Hope Island since that's where I'm working and I’d like to live locally, especially since I don't have a car. I need somewhere within walking distance to shops as well. I work full-time in construction, helping to build residential retirement units.

I’m 27, easygoing, respectful of personal space, and I like to keep a clean, quiet, and laid-back environment. I pay rent on time every week. Willing to pay $300 weekly and a $600 bond for two weeks. Looking for something stable and long-term. Not interested in a place that allows smoking inside or where people drink often.

My Cavalier is 4 well behaved and is house and toilet trained, gets along with other animals and will have you falling in love. Doesnt bark and is really layed back.
