I run my own business in the property/building space, so I stay busy and I’m in and out of the city regularly. I enjoy the pace and it keeps things interesting.

Recently gone through a separation, so I’m looking for a new place, simple as that.

I keep a solid routine, gym, swim, etc and I’m big on good food, a bit of banter, and getting out when I can. I’m social, but I also value my own space.

At home, I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. No drama, no chaos, just a good environment to come back to.
