I am Martyn, early 60s, young at heart, local and have been living here for ~16 years.
I’m urgently looking for a new place with a bit of privacy.
Could be a little self-contained, double garage, a spacious room in a shared, if it can be arranged, unfurnished or at least the bedroom would be awe, preferably with a small kitchenette, private bath/toilet - a place where I can just relax and heal from a spine injury.

Seeking at least 2 or 3 months, preferably longer, if all flows easily, then long-term.

I'm clean, tidy, with an outgoing personality, no preference for housemates as long as we share similar vibes, respect each other’s privacy, personalities, and create a peaceful environment. I love nature and I love pets.
I’d like to live a humble lifestyle, healthy food, non-smoker (but ex), don’t drink alcohol atm, but wouldn’t mind a glass of red or some beer while having a good chat every now and then.
