Am looking a for a ground floor place is clean and respectful.
Looking for a decent sized room (carpet) for up to $200 per week including the bills.
I have a desk, TV, a bike (no car), bedding, clothes and other personal items.
Looking for secured storage area be it a garage.
Somewhere near public transport (train or bus), in a quiet flat street/suburb, not a hill.
The age/gender of other tenants is not important, though i would like people who speak English.
I am introvert and am happy to have conversations.
I don't drink, don't smoke, and don't have pets.
And, looking for a place that is Covid-free.
