Hey! I'm a 30-year-old guy who works full time. I work from home, but I'm quiet and I wear noise cancelling headphones, so I'm not fussed by tv or vacuuming. In the evening, I like to get out for a bit of running, badminton, or seeing friends.

I enjoy chatting or playing a board game with housemates, but I also respect others' space and privacy. I'm a non-smoker with no pets nor kids. I like to live in a clean environment; I contribute to chores and I can discuss / work through any issues.

I'm looking to move soon, and for a private, furnished room with bed and desk. Ideally, I'd lock in a few months and then rent month-to-month. I'm flexible with the exact move date and duration.
