I’m looking for a room to rent from around mid to late September, initially for 2–3 months, with the possibility of extending if everything works out.

I work between Adelaide CBD and Aldinga Beach, so I’m open to different areas, ideally somewhere that makes commuting to either location reasonably easy.

A little about me: I’m 32, working full-time, clean, respectful and easy-going. I’m independent and enjoy a good balance between socialising and having my own space. I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly home rather than just a place to sleep.

Ideally looking for:
• 💰 Budget: $250–$300/week
• 🛏️ Furnished room
• 📅 2–3+ month stay
• 🚗 Parking preferred, if possible
• 🏠 Clean and respectful housemates
• 📍 Flexible on location
