Hello,

My name is Seunghun, and I am from South Korea. I am currently in Australia on a working holiday visa, primarily to train and deepen my knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu.

I am planning to move to Gungahlin, Canberra soon, and I am currently looking for a great place to settle down. Having previously lived in a dormitory, I am very familiar with shared living etiquette. I am a highly disciplined, clean, and quiet person who respects others' privacy and communal rules. I rarely have guests over and prefer a peaceful environment, especially at night.

I am very adaptable and open to any housing type, as long as it's a clean and respectful environment.
