Hi! I'm Samedy. I'm 26. A permanent resident. I’m a clean, respectful, and easy-going person looking for a place to call home long term. I’ll be working a permanent full-time job in the area, so you can count on me to pay rent and bills on time.

I’m an ambivert, so I’m comfortable living with both introverts and extroverts. I enjoy socialising but also respect privacy, personal space, and silence.

My hobbies include reading, coding, exercising, and outdoor activities, so I spend most my time doing stuff on my own.

A little more about me: single, non-smoker, non-drinker (do drink socially), no pets (but love), and non-partying. I’m clean and always respectful of my housemates and shared spaces (due to my Asian cultural background). Also, I am a minimalist, so I don't own many things.
