I’m a 62-year-old British male, recently retired from a long and fulfilling career in the UK Civil Service. I’m married and will be spending around six months in Perth to be closer to family, as well as to meet the residency requirements for my spousal visa.
I’m a calm, respectful and well-organised person who is used to maintaining a home to a high standard, having owned and managed properties in the UK. I’m tidy, considerate of others’ space, and very easy to live with. I don’t smoke or drink, and I tend to keep a fairly quiet, relaxed routine.
I’m looking for a comfortable room in a peaceful household—ideally with my own bathroom, although that’s not essential. A friendly, easy-going environment would suit me perfectly, where everyone values their own space but is also warm and approachable.
