Hi, I'm Seth.
I am currently completing my Bachelors of Law and Business at UoW and am in the process of seeking further employment following an eventful 12 months. I tend to spend most of my time pursuing these studies and socialising with my friends.
As a housemate or tenant I respect other privacy as well as my own space. I prefer a clean and tidy home, keeping my own space as tidy as possible as well as shared spaces (if applicable). I enjoy cooking, not just for myself but for others, and willingly will cook for housemates if need be. I plan to pay rent on time, communicate clearly, and keep the property in good condition.
