Hi everyone! I'm David, a 22-year-old from Chengdu, China. I'll be arriving in Perth in early July 2026 to commence my Master of Professional Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) at UWA.
What I do: > I will be a full-time student. My course is quite intensive, so I’ll be spending a fair bit of time studying, coding (I'm a bit of a tech nerd with Python/C), or attending classes during the week. I am financially backed by my family and a university scholarship, so rent and bills will always be paid on time.
What I'm like to live with: > I am extremely tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I always clean up after myself in the kitchen and bathroom immediately after use. I respect personal space and quiet hours, especially since I need to focus on my studies. I am a strict non-smoker, have no pets, and am definitely not looking for a party house.
For fun: > In my free time, I enjoy hitting the gym for a workout, exploring the city, and checking out local cafes. While I appreciate my downtime, I'm always down for a friendly chat, a movie night, or cooking a meal together. I'm really keen to practice my English and experience the local Aussie culture!
What I'm looking for: > A furnished private room in a clean, relaxed, and welcoming sharehouse.
