The Women's housing company has a new program matching older females to other people looking to rent a home - criteria is Women approx 55 years old & eligible for social housing, wanting to live in South Western /Western Sydney . Rent is capped at quarter of your income , participants inspect properties and apply through the housing company .
I am looking for someone who is interested in this program , who thinks they could share a rental together. It will be a 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom single level house ( their criteria ) with 2 tenants on the lease and no more than $800 per week advertised rent . The housing company furnish it .
