Hi! We’re Alvis and Sue, a couple from Taiwan, currently studying and working part-time in Australia. We’re looking for a long-term, comfortable place to call home — we’re flexible on lease length if it’s a good fit for everyone.
We take cleanliness seriously — we do a full clean every week, always tidy the kitchen right after cooking, and you’ll never find our dishes sitting in the sink overnight. We’re quiet, easy-going, and always prefer to talk things through rather than let issues build up. We’d love housemates who are similarly respectful and tidy.
Our hobbies are pretty low-key: reading, puzzles, Lego, watching shows, occasional outdoor walks, and baking. No smoking, no parties — we might share a small drink a few times a year on special occasions.
