I’ve lived in Waitara (Romsey St and Leonard St) for the past 6 years and am returning in May. I am a working professional with a calm, structured routine and I value a clean, quiet home.

I am easygoing, respectful, and keep shared spaces tidy. I am not into parties and prefer a low-key environment, ideal for a 2–3 person household.

Outside work, I keep things simple
gym, routine, and spending time with my kids who live locally, so staying in this area is important to me.
