I recently accepted a new job on the central coast, so need an unfurnished place convenient, to commute to both between work and Macquarie University - preferably with own bath room. I've lived in Sydney 18 months after relocating through work from Perth, and am looking for a household of responsible and chilled people who like their own space but can also be accommodating to their flatmates. Biggest housemate bonus: I enjoy cooking an sharing meals with the house from time to time Biggest housemate quirk: I can get a bit anal about a clean and tidy kitchen When I'm not busy with study, I enjoy all kinds of electronic music, working out at the gym, cycling, the occasional beverage, exploring Sydney and dining out, and chilling with a movie or comedy show on TV.
Hi my name is Simon. I am 31 and have lived on my own for the past 7 years, well lived in the same place with a couple ex's, but out from the family roof is what I mean lol. I am a very neat person, cook and clean. Work full-time in property, also spend a lot of time in the gym. Have a small domestic cat named Timmy who I have had since he was 6wks old, he is 13 now and very house broken lol as he loves people and being around them (opposite to most cats that are moody haha). Anyways, don't mind living with men or women, I mix well with others and also enjoy my alone time. A must for me though is having my own bathroom, just for convenience is all. I have plenty of furniture if need be, including; my own bed/side tables, a large stainless fridge, full Jamie Oliver cook set, couch, couple of tv's etc. So can bring whatever needed. I'm a chilled person overall, like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also respect a persons space. Look forward to getting to know you :)
Hola! Looking for a GALPAL (or 2) to team-up for a place on the North Shore - I work part time in finance and study full time at MQU. I enjoy my alone time (usually consists of youtube or other forms of procrastination from studying). I love a glass of red and netflix on a night in with a roomie but also up for a night out if you're keen! I make some mean tacos and stir fry, and love baking (when I have the time..). I come with a fridge and washing machine should you choose me as your roomie! I have a deep appreciation for cleanliness (whoever makes a mess cleans the mess is my mantra) Hit me up if you want a clean, responsible and friendly gal to live with - and willing to commit to Taco Night Tuesdays!
Hi I am looking for a place for myself and my 9yo Son. Unfurnished Studio/ Granny flat is preferred since I have my own furnitures. I am a single mother and currently work part time and study part time at Macquarie University. Currently I live in a 2 bedroom unit in Hornsby, but thinking to move closer to my sister's place around Carlingford or 15 mins drive max from that area. We are quiet and respectful people, no party or inviting people other than the occasional family visit.
I am an easy going care free lady who enjoys nature, beach, music and all things alternative. I work full time looking after highly disabled and intellectual clients in the community. I love to cook and have the occasional social drink. I keep to myself most times however I do like a chat and a coffee or a sharing of a meal. I love to read, dance, scrapbook, walking and music. I'm a non smoker a lover of all animals and just request a relaxing and calm environment.
Hey guys!! We are looking for an awesome place to live, with like-minded people. Mounisha: I'm studying full time at MQU doing Science/Law (yes, I'm aware I'm a nerd :P) and also work part time at a driving school. I love my wine and netflixing, but if you are keen on horrible jokes and watching me lose at board games, I make decent company. I also really love puppies. Like, a lot. Isham: He didn't want to write his own bio, so I'm gonna write whatever I want here. This dude is a full time Commerce/Law student (how boring can he get????) and works part time as tech support. He's pretty quiet, but also really awesome once you get to know him. We're just looking for people who are fun and weird and love food. We're also saving for a wedding soon so looking for somewhere affordable but not too far from uni. If you think you've got room for us or want to start a teamup, shoot us a message and we can grab coffee sometime!
Hi, I am looking for a team up to get a 2 bedroom for $450-$550. I currently live on the northern beaches, but am looking to be closer to a train line to lessen the commute. I'm usually pretty relaxed, however like the house to be clean and tidy. Happy to spend a night at the movies or watch a season on Netflix with you. I have a boyfriend, who will most likely stay over around 4 nights a week, however will obviously pay for his share of the utilities etc. I also have heaps of furniture from my past apartment and would be happy to help out where needed. I would love you to get in contact with me if you think we would be a good match. Kind regards, Georgia
I am 34 yrs male. clean and tidy person. I live in waitara at the moment. Looking for room for rent in lower north Shore. I am working full time and self studing at home.going gym 3-4 days a week.
My name is Petrus Rautenbach. I am 32 year old civil engineer and I work on the NorthConnex project in the Hills district. I am an easy going guy and will be very busy on the project, but when you do see me, I will always be up for a chat.
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.
Hmm... What to say, what to say... I am a 32 years old jewelry artist. I am invited to Sydney by an art school to teach, share my knowledge and see Australia at its best. I don't smoke, I don't drink. What I do: I drive a motorbike, observe stars, take interest in astrophysics and philosophy, play chess, listen to hard rock, run everyday, listen to people, think, sculpt, paint, draw, read, do other artsy stuff... I am easy to live with and very respectful. Sometimes I tend to be quiet, sometimes chatty and from time to time I need my space, as all introverts do. I love animals (except spiders....).
I'm easy going, have a sense of humour and reliable. I get on with people of all ages and cultures. I work 12 hour days, so will hardly be home, and on weekends will more than likely go and visit my family.
I'm a laid back and easy going guy who is always aware of the little things that annoy people and doesn't do them haha:) I always do my dishes and can always have a chat particularly about any of the topics of my 3 never to be finished uni degrees haha:)
I quiet, clean and respectable. I am originally from the Hunter Valley but currently stay in Sydney during the week for Uni ( I'm studying a bachelor of interactive media, in Ultimo). I normally go back to the Hunter Valley over the weekend. I much rather have a nice quiet night rather than party. Looking for somewhere to stay around the Hornsby area ( surrounding areas are fine)
Here is a bit more about me :) I'm 21, nearly 22 in February. I'm polite and friendly and get along with most people. I currently work with an entertainment company called FabFun where I travel all over Sydney hosting kids parties :) I'm very creative and enjoy drawing in my spare time. Animation is also a passion of mine which I hope to explore professionally sometime in the future. I am also looking to study a bachelor of Secondary Teaching at Macquarie this year to possibly be an Art teacher. I come from a farm background and grew up with many animals too. I hope this gives you a good idea of who I am, let me know if you have any further questions :) Kind regards, Natasha (Tash)
I am easy going I love to keep a clean and tidy place. I just emigrated to Australia and my husband will join me soon. We are looking for a place to call home for the next 6 months- 1 year until we are ready to buy a place of our own.
I'll be moving from Adelaide to Sydney in January 2018 to do some short courses of study. I'll consider most areas, as long as it's close to public transport and a supermarket. I have chronic fatigue so am very much a homebody. I need to rest and keep to myself a lot so I'm not looking for party houses. I'm also allergic to pet dander so am seeking a home without cats or dogs. I'd also prefer to share with other non-smokers. Other than that I'm pretty easy-going, tidy, and organised. My minimum requirements are a room with a bed, ensuite, and either a bar fridge or the space to have one. If you have any questions please contact me!
I am a very clean hygienic person that is respectful I am a student that is busy studying to be a vet surgeon ... so I'm quiet and no trouble... ive just arrived from perth I have been in Sydney 4 days and am looking at purchasing a vehicle for the right price ...
I am currently living overseas but will be moving back to Sydney soon. I will be studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I will be working at either a casual or part time job. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room plus a TV and playstation. I have been living out of my parents house in both student accommodation and renting for the past few years. I like reading, movies and music (I play guitar). I also love watching tv series like Friends and How I met your mother. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
Hi my name is Meryl and I'm moving from Northern California (United States). I will be coaching gymnastics at a gym in town full time. I have coached gymnastics the past 10 years and I'm super excited for this new opportunity. I'm married so my husband may come out and visit at some point. I'm pretty laid back and easy to live with. I'm clean, easy going, and very social. I love animals so I'm totally open to staying with someone who has pets. I love running, working out, and the beach. I'd love to find someone who loves to explore as much as I do. I like going out, and finding new fun places to meet new people.
I'm very easy to live with and always happy to socialise. A bit of a neat freak and would prefer to live with people who clean up after themselves. I work full-time in a IT company and love to Barre! Ask me what that is if you don't already know it.
