Hey! I'm a 32-year-old kiwi guy relocating to Aus long term and looking for a shared flat in southern GC/nothern NSW for at least a few months potentially longer (possibly open to shorter term too). I have plenty of experience in flatting situations and understand what makes for a happy shared home. I will be working locally part-time (more time to get outdoors better work-life balance etc) but have other steady income from rentals in nz. Into surfing, diving, sailing, hiking, camping and roadtrips. Also love cooking up a feed with mates with some tunes on.
