Somewhere near Mount Hawthorn, ideally on the city side of the freeway (or very close to it) for work. Happy to share with a single, a couple, or a single parent with a kid or two. I'd love a place with a bit of space to set up an office somewhere open — or a three-bedroom where the third could double as a guest room/office. Looking for something long-term, minimum of one year.

Happy to contribute a bit more for the right place. I have plenty of furnishings and I'm happy to add more — my style leans kind of bohemian. I'm currently living with family, so there's no rush; I'd rather wait for the right fit.

I work full-time in the NDIS space, from home about 75% of the time. Because of that, I'd prefer not to be stuck in a closed-in room — an open area for the office works much better for me.

Single working, 39, not looking, no kids. I'm open and caring, focused on health and self-development. Reading, writing, wine, food, cafes, gardening, hiking and the ocean — I get there as often as humanly possible.

I live clean and fairly quietly, and I have solid references (living, work, and personal). I also have one very gentle kitten — non-destructive, cuddly once he knows you, and honestly the biggest pushover you'll meet.
