Hi, I’m Lavinia and I am 21 years old. Currently studying at USC and working part time in retail.

I am easygoing, tidy and social. I’m looking for a room where I can keep my study routine and healthy lifestyle while balancing this with work. I am reliable with rent and responsibilities as I have been living independently since I was 18.

In my free time I enjoy going on walks, going to gym and keeping myself active during the day. I enjoy socialising on weekends with friends and going to the beach.

I don’t smoke and only occasionally drink on weekends
