Hi everyone! I’m a support worker helping a client find a stable, long-term rental for himself and his 15yo daughter. We are looking for a 2-bedroom place in the Ringwood area (or surrounding spots like Croydon, Heathmont, or Mitcham) with a budget of $350pw.
My client is 39 and lives with a disability, so we’re ideally looking for something accessible; ground floor or minimal stairs would be perfect. They also have a very well-behaved, house-trained dog (named Axe!) who is a huge part of the family.
