My wife and I are currently looking for a studio or 1-bedroom granny flat to move into around 1st August. We’re a quiet, clean, and responsible couple who value privacy and a peaceful living environment.
I’m currently working, and we both maintain a tidy lifestyle. We’re ideally looking for a self-contained place (private kitchen and bathroom) without sharing with other tenants.

Studio / 1-bedroom / granny flat
Private space (no shared areas)
Clean and well-maintained
Located in a safe and convenient area
We are ready to move in from 1st August and can provide references if needed.
