Looking for a Like-Minded Housemate – Let’s Create a Great Home Together 🏡
I’m starting to put the feelers out for a potential housemate to team up with around late July / early August 2026. The goal is to connect with someone like-minded, see if we’re a good fit, and then plan ahead to secure a great long-term rental together.
I’m looking to share with one other full-time working professional or FIFO worker who values a calm, respectful, and comfortable home environment. Ideally, we’d co-sign a lease for a modern home in areas such as Dianella, Yokine, Balcatta, Joondanna, Tuart Hill, or Innaloo.
The vision is simple:
A home where we each have our own space, while sharing living costs to make things more affordable than living solo.

• Happy to contribute to furnishing—even better if we both bring pieces to make it feel like home
• I work full-time and appreciate quiet, relaxed evenings during the week
• I value personal space, a healthy lifestyle, and a positive, easy going household vibe
I also have a small Maltese Shih Tzu—very clean, non-shedding, and hypoallergenic. He’s both an indoor and outdoor dog, so it’s important you’re a dog person and comfortable with that.
I’ve previously lived in a great share house and would love to create that same relaxed, respectful atmosphere again with the right person.
