High Quality Tenant — Christian Early Childhood Teacher

Hi everyone! My name is Casey, I’m 24 years old and currently working as an Early Childhood Teacher at Macquarie University.

I’m actively involved in my church community at 1503 Mission Network (West Ryde), where I serve in both the mission team and evangelism ministry.

I’m a quiet, respectful, and tidy tenant — non-smoker, with a love for reading and music. I also have a cat named Winston (4.5 years old), who is fully vaccinated and registered. He is very gentle, friendly, and well-trained — never scratches or damages furniture.

My budget is around $350–$400 per week, and I’m looking to move in mid to late May, preferably in the Epping, Eastwood, West Ryde, or Macquarie Park area. I’m ideally looking for a long-term and stable place to live (minimum 1 year). As I’m currently learning to drive and don’t have a car yet, I would highly prefer a location close to a train or metro station.
