I work as a bricklayer, so I am usually up early and out the door before the morning rush. When I am not on site, I stay busy working on app development and running a side business in Ecommerce.
I am a Perth local. In my downtime, I am usually gaming, watching videos or planning a road trip down south to clear my head.
What I am like to live with:
I have lived in share houses before and I am definitely past the party house stage. Since I work a physical job, I am pretty quiet during the week and like to keep things chilled. I am very big on keeping a clean kitchen and common areas. I am not the type to leave dishes in the sink for days.
I am always up for a beer and a chat at the end of the day, but I am also very respectful of people needing their own space.
What I am after:
I work south of the river so really want somewhere around Rockingham or further south is fine.
I am just looking for a relaxed, tidy spot with housemates who are easy going and reliable. I want a place that feels like a home rather than just a room to sleep in.
