Hi, I’m Michael, I’m a male PhD student from China and will be arriving in Sydney around 25th May.
I’m currently searching for a flatshare or flatmates in Randwick, with a budget of $350-450 pre week, and looking to settle into a more permanent place.
I enjoy cooking and baking, and I also like having a drink occasionally.
I’m very clean and tidy. I’m happy to share household chores, I respect personal boundaries, and I won’t make noise. I won’t bring friends over without permission, and I will take good care of the room as if it were my own home.
