I’m David, a 40-year-old professional relocating to the Sunshine Coast to start a new role as in sales and education for a premium hair company after 12 years of running my own businesses in South East Asia.

I'll be working standard business hours during the week, though my role includes regional travel. You’ll have the place to yourself while I’m on the road, but when I’m in town, I’m reliable and considerate of all shared spaces

I’m a dedicated early bird and a bit of a health nut. I start most mornings at dawn with a run or a workout and enjoy cooking healthy meals. I’m a big "nature nerd," so I spend most of my free time outdoors if I can.

I’m super chilled and relaxed. I’m happy to share a meal or a chat, but I’m equally comfortable doing my own thing. I’m very respectful of shared spaces and keep things tidy.

I don’t have any pets of my own, but I love animals. If you have a dog or a cat, I’ll be their best friend and I hope to have my own pup one day.
