I'm a student, also working at Adelaide uni, looking a single unit (with private bathroom) to move into, I prefer locations as close to CBD as possible. I don't have a preferred length on the lease.
I'm clean, tidy, prefer staying indoors after a hectic schedule. I have a social life, but it's varying depending on how busy my other responsibilities are keeping me. I cook plenty, I make my breakfast every morning.
