Hi, my name is Tyler, and I’m currently looking for a place to rent for around 6–8 months. I’m a friendly, respectful, and easygoing person who values a clean, comfortable, and positive living environment.
A bit about me — I enjoy watching sport, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I’m also quite active outside the house through work, volunteering, and participating in local footy, so I tend to keep busy during the week and weekends. Because of that, I appreciate coming home to a relaxed and respectful household atmosphere.
When living with others, I enjoy having a good balance between being social with housemates and respecting everyone’s personal space and privacy. I’m always considerate of shared spaces, noise levels, and maintaining a tidy environment.
