Ideally looking for an initial 1–2 month stay with the possibility of extending on a flexible rolling arrangement for up to ~6 months if it’s a good fit for everyone. Open to shared living with 1–2 housemates in a respectful, easy-going setup.

I’ve recently moved from the UK after completing a Master’s in Environmental Data Science and I’m starting my career in the environmental/data science field across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane region, while getting established locally.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m not a party-house person and prefer a calm, low-chaos home where everyone has their own space and routines but still gets along in a relaxed way.

I value a peaceful home environment where I can cook, rest, and properly recharge. Ideally looking for my own bathroom if possible. I’m generally quite independent and keep a balanced routine between work, projects, outdoors time, and home life.

Budget up to $360/week plus bills, or around $420/week including bills depending on the home and setup.

References available from my current house sit in Ipswich, plus previous housemates and landlords in both the UK and Australia if needed.
