I’m looking to team up with one flatmate to rent a 2-bedroom granny flat around the Revesby, Padstow, Panania, or Bankstown area. I’m tidy, clean, respectful, and have lived in shared accommodation before, so I really value a peaceful and comfortable home environment. I enjoy cooking a lot, going on hikes and ling trips, doing art and creative stuff, and I’m always happy to have a chat or dinner together while still appreciating personal space and alone time too
I’m looking for someone similar who is respectful, clean, reliable, and ideally a professional. It would also be great if you drive, as some places may be around 5 minutes from the train station by car. I also have a 6 year old male cat 🐱 who’s very friendly on his own terms lol
