Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent, preferably around these areas. I’m 19 years old and will be going into nursing at USC in July. My budget is a max of $250 inclusive of bills but more than happy to discuss. I’ll be moving up at the end of June/beginning of July, and am just trying to find some options now.

Aside from uni, I’ll be looking for casual/part-time work. I’m also pretty active (rugby and gym) and try to spend time outdoors. I also have friends/family around the area, with other family a couple hrs south. I still love to enjoy my downtime. I’m very respectful of people’s spaces and clean. I love dogs, am not a big drinker, and don’t smoke or do drugs.
