Hello!

I’m looking for a granny flat, studio, or small self-contained space for myself and my cat Penny, with a budget of up to $500 per week.

I work part time as a warehouse supervisor and also do casual disability support work. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, don’t party, and have good rental references/history available.

Penny is a very friendly, calm, well-behaved cat who loves laying in the sun and relaxing outside during the day, so a small backyard or some grass would be ideal.

I’m ideally looking anywhere from Maroochydore to Caloundra, but I’m open to other areas as well 😊
