Hi :) I’ve just flew in from western Aus and looking for somewhere a bit more long term to rent a room

I don’t smoke, rarely drink and enjoy a good chat here and there although do tend to spend a lot of my time out at the beach, on walks, writing, reading and doing my own thing

I’ve lived in many different environments and like to keep my space simple, tidy & respectful of others

I study online and spend some time during the week doing this at home
