Kleiton and Suellen

I have recently relocated to Sydney from Brazil with my partner, Suellen.
We are currently settling into our new routine here and are looking for a long-term, comfortable place to call home.
To give you a little bit of background, I am a professional technician (Rope Access Level 2) working full-time in the building maintenance and construction industry here in Sydney. My professional background also includes experience as an airplane pilot, which has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and accountability—qualities I also apply to how I treat my home.
We are quiet, clean, and highly respectful tenants. We are non-smokers, do not have pets, and we take great pride in maintaining a tidy and well-cared-for living space. We value being good neighbors and are fully committed to fulfilling all lease obligations and maintaining the property in excellent condition.
