Hi! We are a Latin couple looking for a studio, granny flat or private unit to call home.

We are calm, respectful, organised and very clean. We are not into parties and we really value a peaceful and quiet living environment. We are easygoing, friendly and always respectful of other people’s space and routines.

We both work — one of us full-time and the other part-time while also studying — so we are usually out most days. When we are home, we enjoy cooking, relaxing, keeping the place tidy and having a quiet evening.

In our free time, we like spending time outdoors, going for walks, cycling and enjoying simple plans. We also love dogs, although we do not have any pets.

We are looking for a comfortable and peaceful place where we can feel at home, ideally long-term if everything works well. We would take great care of the property as if it were our own.

We can provide references if needed and are happy to arrange an inspection at a convenient time.
