Hi, I'm Ben
I have a pretty chilled and friendly vibe. I'm happy to engage in conversation when crossing paths but also respectful of people's personal space. Socially aware and enjoy other ppls company but also pretty busy with work & my boy so day to day pretty busy.

I have a 5 year old boy and committed to school drop it pick ups a cpl days a week plus his sports, he lives in Kallaroo with his mum so a place in surrounding suburbs would be ideal.
I would like to have him stay with me 1 night a week which is usually a Saturday and he would stay in my room.

I work full time, self employed by day doing jobs in building and home maintenance and I work in a kitchen 4 nights a week. I try go to the gym a couple times a week when I can and enjoy sports and most things ocean related when I get the chance.

I like to cook but don't as often as I'd like at home Im clean and domesticated around the house.

I'm respectful of other people and other people's property. I'm flexible with furniture, I do have my own stuff but don't have to bring it

I'm looking for a place for 6 to 12 months until I figure out something for myself having recently seperated.
