I’m a 26 year-old male working full time in construction. I’m looking for a stable, long term place to call home. I’m financially reliable, can pay bond and rent upfront, and always stay on top of my commitments.
I’m very respectful, easy to get along with, and extremely clean and tidy I take pride in keeping my space clean and looking after the place I live in. I’m outgoing and don’t mind a chat with housemates, but I also respect personal space and keep to myself when needed.
Outside of work I spend most of my time at the gym, seeing my daughters, or just relaxing. I’m pretty easygoing, drama free, and just looking for a good environment with decent people and somewhere I can settle long term.
