I’m currently looking for a room to rent around the Caloundra to Golden Beach area as it’s close to work and my yoga studio, but I’m open to options for the right fit 😊

A little about me - I’m in my late 30s, clean, respectful, easygoing, and live a healthy active lifestyle. I work 2 jobs, so if I’m not working I’m usually at yoga or down at the beach, meaning I’m not home a huge amount. I have a van so try and get away for a night or two when the schedule allows.
I value a peaceful, tidy, positive home environment and am super considerate to live with.

Hoping for somewhere fully furnished if possible.
🌟 Bonus points if it’s near the beach, and double bonus points if there’s a gym and sauna in the building.
