My friend and I are looking for a place to stay together. We are both from South Korea. Currently, we are both attending a language school for a month and actively looking for jobs here in Sydney.
We are very clean, responsible, and respectful tenants who always keep our living space tidy and well-organised. I have lived independently in Seoul for over 5 years (both in a dormitory and my own place), so I am very experienced in managing a household, and my friend shares the exact same tidy habits!
We have sufficient savings to support our stay and guarantee that rent will always be paid on time. We are looking for a stay of around 3 months, but our dates are quite flexible, and we are open to staying longer if it's a good fit. We highly value a quiet, comfortable, and peaceful living environment.
